According to the Hindu calendar, the full moon day in the month of Shravan is known as Shravan Purnima. According to religious belief, holy bath, penance and donations have special importance on this full moon day. Rakshabandhan and Kajari Purnima festival are celebrated on the full moon day of Shravan month, apart from this, there is also a provision to perform Upanayan Sanskar on the auspicious day of Shravan Purnima. Fasting on the day of Shravan Purnima is also of special importance to get rid of any kind of defects created by the moon in the horoscope.
Importance of Shravan Purnima:-

- After that, collect the worship material for Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati i.e. Bel Patra, lamp, incense sticks, flowers, rice, sweets etc.
- After that, start Shravan Purnima by worshiping Ganesha first and then worship Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati.
- While worshiping, bathe the Shivling with clean water, then after offering Bel Patra to Lord Shiva, offer incense sticks, flowers, rice etc.
- After this, do the Aarti of Lord Shiva and chant the holy mantras of Lord Shiva.
- Finally, after completing the worship of Shiva Parvati, distribute Prasad among all the people.

Do some surefire remedies on the day of Shravan Purnima –
